Again, today, I haven't done much, but I did a little something. On Swap Bot, I am in a swap to create two art envelopes for my partner. Here is the first one almost complete but still working on it.
I am getting there, Just have to put the moon and some shadows in the snow.
I have also started this card for my partner, not sure if I am going to use it yet or not...will have to see how it goes.
I am trying to accomplish something close to the cheery owl ACEO you see below...but so far, I am no where near close. I don't like to plagiarize by no stretch of the imagination...but I would at least like mine to be cheerful and so far it isn't so will see...
As for exercise today, I did a little bit of shovelling of snow off of the front porch, and walked around the house. I am so happy to have my taste buds back after having 3 days of sour in my mouth from the Trulicity insulin. This is the second time its happened to me, and its not fun. I am waiting for a phone call from my specialist to see what to do next, because I am not taking any more trulicity until I see or talk to him. Otherwise, I have a bit of energy back.
Tonight we decided to go down to the Bracebridge Walmart, Abby was so happy to get to finally drive in crappy weather...I know, she is weird...lol...but I love her....she can drive me anywhere because I know we'll get there safely...I took a video of how bad it was...not sure if I can up load videos to my blog or not...but I will see if I can either by video or link
I prefer to NOT drive in crappy weather if I can avoid it. It is not always possible though.
ReplyDeleteI am like you Ms. Bonnie I prefer not to drive in it myself, and I prefer not to be a passenger in it either but Abby really is a great driver and I would go really go any where with her in the winter time. Best thing of this time of year is there are NO mosquitos!
